Data Deletion Instructions
Mukbi Holdings ("Mukbi", "we", "us", or "our") respects requests to delete personal information and account-related data processed through Mukbi services, including Mukbi CRM.
How to request data deletion
To request deletion of your personal information or Mukbi account data, please contact us at architect@mukbi.com.
To help us identify your information and process the request, please include:
- Your name or business name
- The email address associated with your Mukbi account
- The phone number associated with your account, if applicable
- The WhatsApp Business account or phone number connected to Mukbi, if applicable
- A description of the information or account you want deleted
What happens after you submit a request
Mukbi will review the request and verify the information necessary to identify the relevant account or data before processing the deletion request.
Where deletion is appropriate, Mukbi will take reasonable steps to delete the requested information from applicable active systems in accordance with our data deletion procedures.
The specific information deleted may depend on the nature of the request, the type of information involved, and whether Mukbi is processing the information on behalf of a business customer.
WhatsApp-related data
If you have connected a WhatsApp Business account to Mukbi, you may specifically request deletion of WhatsApp-related information processed by Mukbi.
Disconnecting a WhatsApp Business account from Mukbi stops the associated connection and Mukbi's receipt of new WhatsApp information through that connection. Deletion of information already processed by Mukbi is handled in accordance with the applicable deletion request and our Data Retention Policy.
Information that may be retained
Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, maintain required business records, protect security, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, or satisfy applicable contractual requirements.
Where Mukbi processes information on behalf of a business customer, certain deletion requests may need to be initiated or authorized by that customer.
